Competition organiser is Hobie Cat Australasia Pty Ltd, ABN 88 095 150 413, 11 Erina Road Huskisson NSW 2540, Australia.

 

Entries can be made online at hobie.com.au/summer22 from Tuesday 1st November up to 11.59pm Tuesday 20th December 2022. Entries will only be accepted for purchases made between these dates.

 

Value of Hobie Product purchased must be greater than $500 inc GST per transaction. Receipts submitted must show full details of products purchased and their value to qualify as a valid entry.

 

Freight & delivery charges will not count towards total purchase value.

 

Details required to enter include: name, city/state, phone, email, product category, Hobie Dealership, transaction Receipt/Invoice, serial number (where applicable).

 

Only one entry per customer per day will be accepted.

 

Entries for products that are later returned to place of purchase for refund will not be eligible.

 

Prizes to be drawn include 5 x Hobie Heritage SUP packages - valued at $1299 inc GST each and 20 x $100 Hobie Vouchers. Vouchers can only be used to purchase Hobie products through participating Hobie Dealerships and must be used in one transaction.

 

No carry over value will be maintained on vouchers. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

 

Winners will be randomly drawn and broadcasted live via Hobie Asia Pacific's Facebook page, 4.00pm December 21, 2022.

 

Entries drawn will only be deemed official winners after confirmation of purchase is validated by the participating dealer.

 

Winners will be officially notified by email no later than 24th December.

 

SUP Prizes will be made available to be collected from a nominated participating Hobie Dealer ASAP, but no later than 21st January 2023 where possible.

 

Voucher winners will receive an electronic voucher via email. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering or winning the competition. As far as is permitted by law, Hobie will not be held responsible for an inability to supply prizes to winners where incorrect contact details have been provided.
